At Vaidahi Wear, we ensure premium quality in every product. However, in the rare case of any issue, please read our return policy carefully:

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

A wrong item has been delivered, OR

The product is defective/damaged at the time of delivery.

Proof Required

Customers must send clear photo/video proof of the wrong or defective product to vaidahiwear5@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Without proper proof, return requests will not be processed.

Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Refund Process

After the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

The amount paid will be refunded via UPI within 7 working days of return acceptance.
